Hands of Hope Meals and Hospitality Team
 The Meals and Hospitality Team is an exciting team to get involved with to help newly adoptive parents with the transition into a new journey in life. We are looking for those interested in helping provide a frozen meal for Grace families bring home their child. Having a child can be exciting and stressful learning to balance the normal daily activities and take care of a little one. Hands of Hope is trying to bring some comforts to home by providing these meals.
Please consider- Making 5 meals and freezing them to anticipate families coming home
- Delivering meals in which you usually get to meet the new family member
